Very
Early Pregnancy Symptoms- Fatique
by D McFarron
Just days after your unprotected sexual encounter you start feeling
very tired, fatigued even, this is one of the many very early pregnancy
symptoms.
Fatigue (tiredness) comes and goes through out pregnancy
but can begin with a week or more of conception. You wake up in
the morning and you don't feel like you have slept at all, or just
a couple of hours into your day you feel like it should be 9 at
night. All of us who have experienced pregnancy know where you are
coming from. Luckily though there are a few things you can do to
combat this symptom of pregnancy, but keep in mind anything you
try outside of this article should be considered healthy for you
and the baby, there is no need to stock up on caffeine to keep awake
it isn't good for either of you.
Drink a lot of water- this is something that will
be helpful during your whole pregnancy. Water is always important
to your health, but being dehydrated during pregnancy can cause
contractions, usually later on, but why take the chance?
Eat your fruits and veggies- these foods have a
ton of the nutrients and vitamins you need to have in your daily
life, not to mention the fiber you also need.
Take a Prenatal Vitamin- Making sure you get all
the vitamins you need will help you to have more energy. Prenatal
vitamins are made to give you enough vitamins as well as the baby.
So you want to make sure you get prenatal vitamins not just regular
ones.
Another reason you could be really tired could be
because of morning sickness, there is a way around this as well.
If you talk to your doctor he can prescribe you a prenatal vitamin
with extra vitamin B, which will help with the nausea.
